Enrollment Requirements
Students are expected to have a record of good standing from their previous school and previous semester.
Families applying for admission must provide a copy of the Enrollment Contract, a signed release of records (if applicable) and a current transcript (official or unofficial), current academic and/or medical accommodations forms, a completed medical emergency form, immunization records, and have any financing approved. These documents must be on file along with a teacher/Head of School recommendation before final acceptance.
The school administration reserves the right to deny enrollment or require the withdrawal of a student if the administration determines that it is in the best interest of St. Andrew Catholic School.
Applications are submitted online and include the Enrollment Contract, a Release of Record Form (when applicable) and a Medical Emergency Form.

All parents/caregivers who enroll students in St. Andrew School are required to read and acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of the policies and terms below. Kindly download these for your reference BEFORE completing the online enrollment form, which requires you to digitally sign acceptance of all terms therein. Enrollments are not complete until the curriculum fee is received.
